Position Title:- HR EXECUTIVE

Location:- Noida Extension

Reports To: DIRECTOR

  1. Urgently hire and onboard Sales Executives as per company's immediate requirements.
  2. Strategic Partner: Align human resources strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success.
  3. Employee Advocate: Act as a liaison between employees and management, fostering a positive work environment.
  4. Change Agent: Lead and manage organizational change initiatives to enhance efficiency and culture.
  5. Administrative Expert: Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and documentation standards.

  1. Recruitment and Staffing

  2. Develop job descriptions and post vacancies.

  3. Source, interview, and select qualified candidates.
  4. Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth induction process.

  5. Employee Relations

  6. Mediate conflicts and resolve workplace disputes.

  7. Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
  8. Implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

  9. Performance Management

  10. Design and oversee performance appraisal systems.

  11. Provide feedback and coaching to employees for career development.
  12. Identify and address performance gaps.

  13. Training and Development

  14. Assess training needs and create professional development programs.

  15. Facilitate workshops and courses to upskill employees.
  16. Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives.

  17. Compensation and Benefits

  18. Design and manage salary structures, bonuses, and incentive programs.

  19. Oversee employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
  20. Conduct benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices.

  21. Compliance and Legal

  22. Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace regulations, and company policies.

  23. Maintain accurate employee records and handle sensitive information confidentially.
  24. Manage disciplinary procedures and terminations in line with regulations.

  25. Workforce Planning

  26. Forecast future staffing needs based on organizational goals.

  27. Monitor workforce trends and recommend solutions to address gaps.
  28. Plan succession strategies for key roles.

  29. Health and Safety

  30. Implement workplace safety protocols and ensure compliance.

  31. Conduct safety training and create awareness programs.
  32. Address and mitigate workplace hazards.

Duties of HR

  • Answer employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.
  • Coordinate team-building activities and company events.
  • Provide reports and insights to management on HR metrics.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

Salary Package - 1,80,000 to 3,60,000
