Finance Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, accounting, and taxation.

  1. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing standalone and consolidated financial statements, as well as coordinating with statutory auditors.
  2. They will also be responsible for all tax-related matters, including GST, direct tax, and tax audit.
  3. Additionally, they will review quarterly and year-to-date financial results for presentation to the Board of Directors.
  4. Furthermore, they will participate in Investment Committee meetings and monitor investments and IPS compliance.
  5. Lastly, they will review reports/data and coordinate with the corporate tax team for statutory compliances - tax returns.

Required Skills:

  1. Qualified CA with over 12 years of comprehensive experience in finance and accounts.
  2. Adept at finalization of accounts, financial reporting and MIS, financial controls improvement, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance and profitability analysis, treasury management, fund raising, income tax, GST compliance, auditing, RBI compliance etc.
  3. Proven experience of working in NBFC.
