Job Title: Financial Business Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Business Analyst to support our finance operations, business analytics functions, and international clients.

This role offers exposure to core accounting responsibilities, combining financial performance analysis with operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day finance operations including expense allocation, reconciliations, and accounting entries.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports for internal management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and ensure timely posting of journals.
  • Perform periodic reconciliations of expenses.
  • Provide support in monthly closing activities and ad-hoc finance assignments.
Operational & Financial Analytics:
  • Prepare performance dashboards and financial models to analyze business efficiency.
  • Conduct ROI and profitability analysis across teams, projects, and clients.
  • Evaluate channel and process efficiency to drive improvements.
  • Provide actionable insights using Power BI and other visualization tools.
  • Partner with leadership to prepare management reports for decision-making.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytics. Experience in the KPO/BPO sector is beneficial.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP systems and Power BI is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written) with ability to interact directly with international clients.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexible to work in Indian shifts with occasional support during US hours.
