Key Role in Operational Excellence

The principal analyst will play a key role in driving the operational excellence program in GCC, working closely with the MANCOM and leadership team. This role is responsible for executing ops priorities, driving key projects, and delivering on yearly plans through a data-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Governance: Comprehend the company's operational excellence program, identify areas for improvement, and execute existing plans.
  • Project Management: Identify process gaps, implement solutions using project management methodologies, and drive the adoption of tailored methodologies.
  • Operational Routines: Drive various operational routines such as communication meets, battle of towers, return to operations governance, net promoter score, target management, events, stakeholder visits, and engagement initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in the pursuit of continuous improvements through internal audits, benchmarking analysis, net promoter score initiatives, and display a growth mindset to uncover opportunities amidst bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, business administration, engineering, or relevant functional background.
  • Previous work experience of 3-5 years in leading operations, projects, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, presentation, change management, end-to-end project management, cross-department collaboration, written and verbal communication, expert-level excel, word, and advanced powerpoint.
