Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-driven Strategic Operations Coordinator to drive operational excellence and deliver critical insights to support our business functions.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing pipeline data, conducting regular hygiene checks, and maintaining a real-time dashboard.
  • They will also lead and coordinate marketing initiatives for both Software and Partnerships functions, working on required documentation and database management for campaigns.
  • In addition, they will prepare and deliver accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports without any misses, developing and presenting multi-dimensional performance review templates and views for various functions to key management personnel monthly.
  • Other responsibilities include ensuring timely preparation and delivery of board decks on a periodic basis, conducting in-depth analysis of existing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • The Strategic Operations Coordinator will also identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current workflows across all functions, designing and implementing highly effective and streamlined processes to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Further, they will reduce administrative tasks by identifying opportunities for process automation and actively working on their implementation.
  • Finally, they will manage lead funnel with various lead generation avenues, track weekly to share timely recommendations, lead outreach and set up key meetings for team members, and work as a bridge between Business functions and HQ to coordinate and align on various scheduled and ad-hoc reports and initiatives.
