**Responsibilities:**

  • Payroll processing: Assist with payroll processing, including data validation, payment file verification, and statutory reports.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • HR operations: Assist with HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Relationship building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing and compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality in managing sensitive information.
  • Adaptability to changes in payroll systems and procedures.
  • Excellent advanced MS Excel skills - VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, good understanding of HRMS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
