We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Excitel Broadband. As a key member of our human resources department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless payroll operations and compliance with statutory regulations.

You will be responsible for assisting in managing payroll processes, maintaining employee records, and overseeing compliance with payroll and labor laws. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate salary disbursements and provide timely support for employee payroll inquiries.

  • Assist in end-to-end payroll processing, including data validation, payment file verification & uploads.
  • Support in generating payroll-related entries, reconciliations, and management reports.
  • Validate monthly statutory reports and ensure timely deposit of challans, TDS returns, and investment proofs.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and support payroll audits.
  • Process full and final settlements for exited employees.
  • Manage and maintain employee payroll records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies or opportunities for efficiency.
  • Assist in developing and refining payroll processes and systems.
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
