Job Title: Growth Specialist

The Role:

  • Job Summary:
    • Drive sales outreach, content creation, and online growth strategy.
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth plan to achieve business objectives.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Run targeted email and call campaigns to clinics, partners, and sponsors.
    • Build and manage a sales pipeline with measurable conversion goals.
    • Support founders in closing partnerships and pilots.
    • Create compelling sales decks, one-pagers, and case studies.
  • Content Creation:
    • Produce engaging daily TikTok and Instagram videos that showcase company expertise.
    • Manage community presence on Discord, GitHub, and other social media platforms.
    • Craft storytelling that blends AI, open-source, and vet med into accessible content.
  • Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:
    • Build and run our online marketing strategy (organic and paid).
    • Launch newsletters, campaigns, and community updates.
    • A/B test copy, ads, and content formats to optimize adoption.
    • Drive Product Hunt and event launches.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, growth, or community.
  • Proven success with cold outreach and lead generation.
  • Experience creating social media content (TikTok/Instagram preferred).
  • Strong writing skills for emails, campaigns, and captions.

Nice to Have:

  • Background in health tech, vet med, or SaaS growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Experience running paid campaigns and newsletters.
  • Past contributions to community-driven or open-source projects.
