We are seeking a skilled Reddit Marketing Specialist to drive business growth by leveraging the platform's vast user base.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketer to develop and execute creative strategies that engage with potential clients and drive leads.
- Identify and target relevant subreddits to reach clients and increase brand visibility.
- Build authentic presence by contributing valuable content, comments, and discussions that resonate with the community.
- Analyze pain points, questions, and demand signals to hunt for client opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Execute outreach strategies while adhering to Reddit rules and guidelines.
- Track and report leads generated from Reddit activities to optimize marketing efforts.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in Reddit marketing, community management, or lead generation.
- A strong understanding of Reddit culture, etiquette, and anti-spam rules.
- Excellent written communication skills adaptable to different subreddits.
- Experience in client hunting, B2B/B2C lead generation, or social selling.
- Familiarity with tools for Reddit monitoring, scheduling, and analytics is a plus.
Prior experience in a growth, business development, or community manager role is highly desirable.

- Engagement rate on posts and comments.
- Growth of brand visibility within targeted subreddits.
