Our organization is seeking a skilled Growth Accelerator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and promoting business growth worldwide.
Job Description
As a Growth Accelerator, you will be responsible for assisting laundromats of all sizes and types in growing, managing, and promoting their business from a single platform.
This includes features such as creating new distribution channels for customers via personalized store apps, enabling pickup and delivery through a dedicated driver app and third-party delivery partners, taking online payments, and managing operations.
For large dry cleaning and laundry chains, we unify processes across multiple locations, manage expenses and employees, and provide an admin view to gather all store data in one place.
For on-demand dry cleaning and laundry startups, we facilitate rapid scaling to new locations without physical stores, reaching new customers via personalized apps and offering on-premises payments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies
- Utilize marketing analytics to measure and optimize campaigns
- Communicate effectively across teams
- Implement marketing automation tools
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives
Requirements:
- Experience in Lead Generation and Marketing Automation
- Proficient in Marketing Analytics and Communication
- Sales skills and the ability to work collaboratively with sales teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in the tech or software industry is a plus
