SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors consultant to join our team. As a consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing clients' recruitment and onboarding processes to identify areas for improvement using SAP SuccessFactors.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing Client Processes: Use your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors to analyze client recruitment and onboarding processes, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Implementation and Integration: Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment modules, including system configuration, testing, and go-live support. Collaborate with other teams to integrate these modules with other HR processes and systems.
  • Training and Support: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for clients to ensure effective use and adoption of the implemented modules. Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: In human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment modules.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices in recruitment and onboarding.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
    • SAP SuccessFactors certification in ONB20 and RCM is required.
