Encompass Administrator Position Available

Overview of the Role
  • This is an opportunity for a skilled administrator to work with the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS).
Key Responsibilities
  • The primary administrator will be responsible for configuration and customization of user roles, security, and access controls.
  • Maintenance and testing of system updates, releases, and new features from ICE Mortgage Technology are required.
  • Monitoring performance, optimizing workflows, and maintaining detailed documentation of configurations are also essential duties.
System Maintenance & Upgrades
  • Regular maintenance and testing of system updates, releases, and new features are necessary to ensure smooth system operations.
  • Monitoring performance and optimizing workflows are key responsibilities in this role.
Integration Management
  • Support and management of integrations with third-party systems, such as loan servicing, document management, core banking, are required.
  • Ensuring data integrity and security across platforms is critical in this position.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensuring Encompass aligns with banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal security policies is essential.
  • Supporting audits and system usage reviews is also a key responsibility.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of Encompass Administrator experience is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of Encompass workflows, configuration, and customizations is required.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/VA) is highly preferred.
  • ICE Mortgage Technology certifications are highly recommended.
