Job Title: Business Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our commercial real estate market solutions. As a bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, and the technology team, you will ensure that our products meet evolving customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for CRE & Construction loan origination and post-closing administration processes.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys with stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Translate business needs into clear, concise, and testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with product owners to define product vision, roadmap, and release plans.
  • Contribute to the design and development of new features and functionalities for our loan origination and administration platform.
  • Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
  • Develop a deep understanding of construction loan processes, including budget management, draw requests, inspections, and disbursements.
