Job Title: Field Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filling out insurance application forms, claim forms, and other related documents accurately.
  • Visiting multiple hospitals daily to assist patients in filling-up insurance forms for a pharma company and maintaining records of all data.
  • Verifying and cross-checking client information for correctness and completeness.
  • Collecting and organizing required supporting documents from clients.
  • Maintaining records of submitted forms and tracking their status.
  • Coordinating with clients, agents, or the insurance company to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
  • Ensuring all forms are completed in compliance with insurance company requirements and regulatory guidelines.
  • Assisting with data entry and updating client information in the company database/CRM.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive client information.
  • Meeting daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate with prior experience in insurance, data entry, or form processing is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written) in English and local language.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications & MS Office.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
