Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume responsibility for implementing group insurance products and overseeing configuration quality.

This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office, offering a unique blend of challenge and opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote end-to-end implementation of group insurance products, ensuring seamless execution and excellent results.
  • Engage with clients to capture requirements and translate plan designs into technical specifications.
  • Deliver product and platform demonstrations to client stakeholders, providing clear explanations and showcasing benefits.
  • Oversee configuration quality through testing, audits, and QA processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with technology teams on integrations, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as the regional point of contact for internal business stakeholders, clients, and insurers, fostering strong relationships and communication.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to configuration specialists, including task allocation and performance monitoring.
  • Mentor team members and share best practices for scalable implementations, promoting growth and development.
  • Define and enforce QA/testing frameworks to ensure accuracy and compliance, driving process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to InfoSec, regulatory, and operational standards during client rollouts, maintaining high levels of quality and integrity.
Requirements:
  • 8–10 years of experience in insurance product implementation, B2B configuration, or solution delivery.
  • Prior experience with complex group health/benefits insurance implementations is mandatory and non-negotiable.
  • Strong exposure to B2B health insurance platforms and enterprise client rollouts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field. PMP/PMI-ACP or SAFe Product Owner/Manager certification is required.
Desirable Skills:
  • Hands-on expertise in Excel, SQL, VBA/Macro scripting; working knowledge of Python scripting is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Health domain, insurance plan design, enrolment workflows, and data exchange models.
  • Familiarity with SSO, API integrations, and SFTP-based data exchange.
  • Experience defining and executing QA/testing processes for insurance systems.
