Job Title: Offline Marketing Lead

Role Overview:

Seeking a dynamic marketing professional to spearhead offline marketing efforts, increasing brand visibility and driving student admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an offline marketing strategy aligning with admission targets and brand positioning.
  • Identify effective offline channels, maximizing reach within target demographics.
  • Plan and execute events such as open houses, orientations, RWA activations, and community outreach programs.

Event Management & Execution:

  • Coordinate internal teams and event stakeholders for seamless execution.
  • Ensure timely promotion and organization of events.

Vendor & Partner Management:

  • Identify and onboard vendors, agencies, and community partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with admissions, creative/content, digital marketing teams.
  • Align offline efforts with online campaigns.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track ROI on events and offline channels, measuring metrics such as footfall, lead generation, conversion rates, and brand visibility.
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, event management, communications, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in education, events, or community engagement.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing offline campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Strong local network and knowledge of RWA and school ecosystems.
  • Passion for education, community engagement, and brand storytelling.
