Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Placement Manager to oversee and manage our university's placement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong industry connections, developing effective negotiation and communication skills, and providing excellent training support to students.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for campus recruitment, off-campus placements, and placement portals.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH INDUSTRY ASSOCIATIONS, FORUMS, AND CAPTAINS.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and employment opportunities, and utilize this knowledge to provide valuable insights to students.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, by identifying and organizing interaction programs on career opportunities in the university and external agencies.
  • Track application forms, pre-screen candidates, shortlist, and schedule interviews.
  • Monitor individual candidates' progress and provide guidance on procedures to applicants.
  • Maintain accurate and proper records of applicants' information in electronic and digital format.
Training Support
  • Organize Skill Lab Orientation programs to enhance students' employability skills.
  • Take full responsibility for enrolling students in the Career Service Tech platform by coordinating with different academic institutions.
  • Conduct various training programs at different academic institutions to equip students with essential skills required for placements.
  • Work closely with subject experts, learning engagement coaches to revise and update curriculums.
  • Proactively strengthen your knowledge and provide feedback on methodologies in the training process.
Qualifications

Educational Qualifications:

Essential: A Bachelors' degree in management, human resources, business administration, or a related field.

Desirable: Post graduate degree in management, human resources, business administration, or a related field.

Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in placement process, such as on-campus placement drives, off-campus placement drives, placement portals, Applicants' Tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software etc.

Experience:

A minimum of 15 years or more of relevant experience in Corporate Placements in NCR Region.
