Placement Manager Lead

As a Placement Manager Lead, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and strengthening industry partnerships for student placements across South India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with employers across various industries to create opportunities for student placements.
  • Develop and execute effective campus placement drives, job fairs, and employer engagement sessions to enhance student employability.
  • Collaborate with Centre Heads and trainers to align student skills with market needs and provide guidance on resume preparation, interview readiness, and workplace etiquette.
  • Maintain accurate records of employer databases, track placement outcomes, and publish regular MIS reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Explore cross-sector placement opportunities to maximize student employability and retention rates.
  • Implement retention and feedback mechanisms to strengthen employer satisfaction and loyalty.

Candidate Profile:

  • A graduate or MBA with 4-8 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or HR, with a proven track record of meeting placement commitments.
  • A strong industry network in South India, with excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
