Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce administrator to manage our environment with over 30 users. This role involves handling various administrative tasks including user account maintenance, report and dashboard management, workflows, and other routine duties.
The ideal candidate will work closely with our management team to establish efficient processes for administrative, development, and change management activities. Key responsibilities include performing regular internal system audits, preparing for upgrades, managing data feeds and integrations, and coordinating new development requests.
A successful system administrator in this position will also be responsible for training new users, enhancing the skill set across the organization, and acting as a liaison between users, vendors, and application development teams. Essential skills required include project management, positive attitude, ability to meet deadlines, prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
This role demands creative and analytical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills. A system administrator must be able to work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements.
