We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our Business Systems team and take ownership of the day-to-day configuration, optimization, and maintenance of our Salesforce environment.This role plays a key part in supporting our GTM teams Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support.If you are technically skilled, curious, and passionate about building well-structured systems that drive efficiency, wed love to hear from you.What Youll Do :- Act as the Salesforce Admin for Sales Cloud + integrated apps.- Manage user setup, roles, permissions, and data visibility.- Configure Salesforce: workflows, Flows, validation rules, layouts, record types, and automation.- Maintain CPQ functionality including Approvals, Price Rules, Product Rules, and Bundles.- Partner with RevOps, Marketing, CS, and Tech teams to deliver scalable solutions.- Ensure data integrity via audits, reports, and deduplication strategies.- Roll out new features using best practices and Change Sets.- Support Salesforce integrations with tools like Gong, HubSpot, Conga, etc.- Provide training, documentation, and internal support for end-users.What Were Looking For :- 24 years of Salesforce Administration experience.- Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Admin/Platform App Builder a plus).- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, automation (Flows), metadata, and custom objects.- Experience supporting cross-functional teams.- Excellent communication & collaboration skills.- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and managed package implementation.- Analytical, problem-solving mindset with curiosity for the why behind solutions.Nice to Have :- Salesforce Certified CPQ Administrator.- Experience with Salesforce integrations.- Strong data-driven and investigative skills.Location : Hyderabad (On-site with our reputed product-based client in the Student Housing industry).
