The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support of the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and usability for internal users.Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce administration tasks. Perform user management (create/delete users, roles, profiles, permission sets). Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and reports/dashboards. Implement and manage process automation (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules). Manage data imports/exports using tools like Data Loader and Workbench. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across the system with regular audits and duplication. Provide training and support to end-users and troubleshoot user issues. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver Salesforce solutions. Maintain system documentation and Salesforce best practices. Stay updated on new Salesforce releases and features, applying them as appropriate.Required Skills: 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. Proficiency in configuration of standard and custom Salesforce features. Experience with Reports, Dashboards, and Data Loader. Familiarity with profile and permission set security model. Understanding of process automation (Flows is a must; Process Builder and Workflow Rules a plus). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience working in Agile environments.Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator (must-have or in progress). Experience with Experience Cloud, AppExchange products, or third-party integrations. Familiarity with Change Sets, Sandbox environments, and deployment process. Exposure to basic Apex or Lightning App Builder is a plus.
