Experience : 5 -10 Years

Work location : Hyderabad

Notice Period - Immediate joiner / currently serving / 15 days or less

**Skills and Experience Required**:
∙Salesforce Certifications (Administrator or Advanced Administrator)

∙5+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration

∙5+ years of experience in computer software Admin/development in a company environment

∙Expertise in Salesforce best practices across the platform, including third party tools

∙Experience in implementation and configuration of Sales, Service and Experience Cloud

∙Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent

∙Background in client account management, with a focus on the Entertainment sector (Major Studios preferred - big plus)

∙Excellent ability to work in cross-functional teams

∙Must be able to support users in a “Helpdesk-like” environment

∙Must understand corporate structure and be able to relate it to company-wide Salesforce solutions

∙Evaluate new features and third-party solutions and explain benefits and risks

∙Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,300,000.00 per year
