Required Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years administering Salesforce in a multi-team environment (Service Cloud strongly preferred).

- Proven expertise with Flow Builder (record-triggered/scheduled) and the Salesforce security/sharing model.

- Strong reporting/dashboard skills and confidence with data operations (Data Loader, CSV/Excel, deduplication).

- Experience running structured releases: sandbox strategy, UAT, change sets/DevOps Center, and post-release validation.

- Clear communicator able to translate business requirements into Salesforce designs and documentation.

- Understanding of governance: platform limits, naming conventions, documentation, and change control.

Desirable :

- Experience with Experience Cloud, Entitlements/SLAs, Knowledge, Omni-Channel, and Digital Engagement.

- Familiarity with Service Cloud Voice for Amazon Connect or the Amazon Connect CTI adapter.

- Exposure to marketing automation (e.g., Account Engagement/Pardot) or customer data platforms.

- Basic SOQL for troubleshooting and data validation; exposure to SFDX, Git, and CI/CD.

- Retail/POS support context, or BPO/contact-centre operations experience.

Certifications :

- Required: Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201)

- Preferred: Advanced Administrator; Platform App Builder; Service Cloud Consultant
