Job Overview:

Experienced Accounts Leader

We seek an accomplished financial expert to spearhead our accounting function, ensuring seamless operations and driving strategic growth.

  • Lead the end-to-end accounting process, overseeing accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation, and other key functions.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books of accounts, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, income tax, and other applicable laws.
  • Develop and review comprehensive financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets for senior management.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Design and implement effective internal controls, accounting policies, and processes to optimize financial performance.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in accounts and finance leadership roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliances, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and financial systems, with a focus on automation and efficiency.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results-oriented projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of successful team development and collaboration.
