About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished finance leader to spearhead our financial strategy, controls, and compliance functions. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth while ensuring robust financial operations, regulatory compliance, and streamlined audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage regulatory reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring seamless compliance.
  • Design and implement internal controls, accounting policies, and financial processes tailored to crypto asset flows.
  • Collaborate with compliance and legal teams on AML, KYC, tax, and regulatory filings, ensuring a risk-mitigated environment.
  • Establish crypto-specific financial reporting models, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Lead treasury operations, including liquidity management, crypto wallet oversight, and exchange accounts, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Evaluate and mitigate financial and operational risks, ensuring a stable and secure financial foundation.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of progressive finance experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in fintech or payments companies, demonstrating expertise in financial leadership.
  • A strong understanding of crypto markets, blockchain transactions, digital asset accounting, and custody mechanisms is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience managing statutory and regulatory audits, showcasing a keen eye for detail.
  • Profound knowledge of financial controls, risk management, and treasury operations within a dynamic environment.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience working in the crypto payment or infrastructure space.
  • Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional licensing frameworks.
