We are seeking a qualified professional to fill the role of QA or Configuration Specialist in our warehouse management system. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-12 years of experience with WM functional exposure and be actively involved in at least one implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the flow of code and its interaction with different components
  • Creating and executing test cases based on project documents, customer demands, and product objectives
  • Setting up, maintaining, and performing test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms
  • Investigating customer problems and creating bug reports
  • Handling technical communications and understanding customers' systems
  • Working with deployments teams to resolve level issues and coordinate on product design
  • Noting all testing actions in daily and weekly reports
  • Analyzing and disintegrating software systems and coordinating with other teams to enhance overall design
  • Researching test tools, methodologies, and trends to upgrade existing practices and processes
  • Managing final quality on production release
