Job Title: Oracle SCM Consultant

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in multiple SCM modules and be able to effectively communicate with business stakeholders.

This role involves end-to-end involvement from requirement gathering to configuration, development, testing, deployment, and support. The successful candidate must have hands-on experience across multiple SCM modules and be proficient in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle SCM applications including Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Purchasing, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA).

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing, developing, and implementing Oracle SCM applications
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into application configurations and technical designs
  • Performing technical customizations and integrations using Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflows, and APIs
  • Supporting full lifecycle implementations including setup, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Executing data cleansing, auditing, and migration to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Troubleshooting issues and coordinating with cross-functional teams for resolution
  • Developing and maintaining functional and technical documentation, including solution designs and process flows
  • Conducting knowledge transfer and training sessions for users and peer teams

Qualifications include:

  • 5 to 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle SCM modules
  • Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
  • Proven experience in functional configuration and technical customizations (PL/SQL, APIs, Oracle Forms/Reports)
  • Exposure to end-to-end implementation projects (new rollouts, upgrades, or major enhancements)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders
