Comprehensive Supply Chain Management Expert

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle SCM specialist to provide expertise in designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive supply chain management solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop strategic applications that drive operational efficiency and profitability.
- Design, develop, and implement Oracle SCM applications, including Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Purchasing, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA).
- Perform technical customizations and integrations using Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflows, and APIs.
- Support full lifecycle implementations, from setup and testing to deployment and post-go-live support.
- Execute data cleansing, auditing, and migration to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams for resolution.
- Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation, including solution designs and process flows.
- Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for users and peer teams.
Requirements:
- 5-8+ years of experience with Oracle SCM modules.
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Proven expertise in functional configuration and technical customizations (PL/SQL, APIs, Oracle Forms/Reports).
- Exposure to end-to-end implementation projects.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM or migration from EBS to Cloud.
- Domain background in manufacturing, supply chain, or retail industries.
- Oracle certifications in SCM.
