Workday Absence and Time Tracking Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Absence and Time Tracking professional to assume a key role in our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday's Absence and Time Tracking module, with experience in configuration, implementation, and optimization.

The Workday Absence and Time Tracking professional will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support Workday Absence and Time Tracking functionalities to enhance leave management, accruals, and time tracking processes.

In addition to the key responsibilities below, this role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of business processes, staying updated with Workday features, and recommending process improvements to increase efficiency.

  1. Lead and support Workday Absence and Time Tracking module implementation, configuration, and optimization.
  2. Provide expert guidance on Workday Absence and Time Tracking best practices.
  3. Gather business requirements, lead client workshops, develop, and maintain functional documentation and translate requirements into Workday system configurations.
  4. Configure Workday Absence business processes, including leave of absence, accruals, time-off plans, eligibility rules, and absence reporting.
  5. Configure Workday Time Tracking business processes, including work schedules, time entry, time calculations, and approvals.
  6. Configure Workday security roles, reporting, and dashboards.
  7. Collaborate with data and integration teams to ensure effective integration of business processes.
  8. Work closely with data and integration teams, providing functional inputs, validating test scenarios, and troubleshooting issues.
  9. Conduct system testing, including preparing test cases, executing tests, and resolving defects.
  10. Provide end-user training and develop documentation.
