Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Coach to deliver high-intensity training, functional strength development, and mobility sessions.

As a key member of our corporate wellness team, you will work alongside our Head Coach to assist in group training sessions, conduct daily member consultations, and contribute to creating a safe, progressive, and motivating training environment for employees participating in our corporate wellness and performance programs.

  • Assist in Strength & Conditioning sessions under the guidance of the Head Coach.
  • Lead Mobility & Recovery sessions focusing on corrective exercise.
  • Conduct 1-hour daily consultations with members for assessments, progress tracking, and injury-prevention strategies.
  • Support the Head Coach in implementing training blocks (stability → strength → power).
  • Ensure proper form, technique, and safe training practices in every session.
  • Collaborate with members to build consistency, confidence, and functional performance.
  • Maintain training logs and provide structured feedback on member progress.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • A recognised Strength & Conditioning certification such as NSCA-CSCS or ACE (S&C specialisation).
  • Minimum 18 months of coaching experience in strength training, functional fitness, or performance training.
  • Strong understanding of corrective exercise, injury-prevention techniques, and mobility training.
  • Ability to coach in a holistic, form-first approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for training individuals for performance-driven outcomes.
  • Team-player mindset — open to learning, collaborating, and working under a senior coach.
