Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our club, ensuring that all members receive a high level of service and engagement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Club Operations & Planning:
  • Create and execute event calendars to promote member engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance stakeholder relationships, including property owners, external partners, and vendors.
  • Team Management:
  • Cultivate a positive team culture by promoting effective communication, delegation, and evaluation of team responsibilities.
  • Maintain uniform policies and ensure staff adherence while on duty.
  • Budget & Resource Management:
  • Coordinate with management to optimize resource allocation for events and activities.
  • Ensure timely procurement and approvals for necessary materials and services.
  • Membership Engagement:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by fostering a welcoming environment for all members.
  • Address concerns, complaints, or suggestions promptly and professionally, turning potential issues into opportunities to strengthen member relationships.
  • Health, Safety & Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and industry health regulations, including sanitation standards and emergency protocols.
  • Implement and monitor safety procedures across all areas, minimizing risk and protecting members and staff.
  • Program & Event Planning:
  • Strategically plan, coordinate, and oversee engaging fitness programs, wellness challenges, workshops, and social events catering to diverse member interests and goals.
  • Collaborate closely with instructors, personal trainers, and wellness professionals to design innovative offerings enhancing the member experience and boosting participation.
  • Monitor attendance and feedback to refine programming, ensuring events remain fresh and impactful.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all club activities for audit, continuity, and institutional reporting purposes.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including the club president and management committee.
