Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at SteviaTech. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targeted volumes in the Food Ingredients/Beverage market in India.
The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of active sales experience in the industry, a pleasing personality, and excellent communication skills. They should be able to build strong relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and close deals effectively.
The role requires someone who is proactive, persistent, and resilient, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have a food technologist or food science background and be physically fit and non-smoker.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing sales and GTM plans, building strong customer relationships, creating rapport with potential customers, and identifying new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for periodic review of sales achievements and strategy, managing history and database in CRM, and collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
