Multifactor Authentication Specialist

As a multifactor authentication specialist, you will drive the migration of authentication solutions to ensure minimal disruption to services and user experience.

  • Implement robust multifactor authentication solutions that meet the security needs of the organization while complying with industry regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for integration and troubleshooting of multifactor technologies, including Cisco DUO, RSA SecurID, and Microsoft Authenticator.
  • Collaborate with architecture teams to design multifactor authentication solutions that meet the security needs of the organization.
  • Develop and enforce multifactor authentication policies and procedures to ensure best practices are followed in line with the organization's security framework.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and end-users on multifactor processes and tools, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of the new system.
  • Implement monitoring solutions to track multifactor usage, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management regarding multifactor effectiveness and potential improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on Multifactor Authentication solutions.
  • Proven experience in working with financial institutions, understanding regulatory compliance, and security requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco DUO, RSA SecurID, and Microsoft Authenticator, with a demonstrated track record of successful migrations.
  • Strong knowledge of identity protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and enterprise security frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
