Exit Interview Specialist Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the exit process of employees, conduct structured interviews, gather feedback, and provide insights to improve retention and workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in exit interview processes;
  • Knowledge and understanding of exit interview call handling;
  • Strong communication and listening skills;
  • Schedule and conduct exit interviews with departing employees;
  • Experience in working with group mailboxes and SharePoint;
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure objective, unbiased discussions;
  • Liaison with ethics and compliance teams on ethics-related concerns;
  • Ability to handle work independently and as part of a team;
  • Good organizational skills and ability to present data logically;
  • Client-facing exposure and experience in handling pilot transitions/knowledge transfers.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing group mailboxes and SharePoint, updating tools with employee responses, and preparing weekly and monthly reports. They will also collaborate with stakeholders, handle exceptional scenarios, and provide clarification to employees through emails.
