Job Title: Workday Absence and Time Tracking Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Absence and Time Tracking specialist to join our team.

  • Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday's Absence and Time Tracking module.
  • Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices for absence management and time tracking.
  • Gather business requirements, lead client workshops, develop functional documentation, and translate requirements into Workday system configurations.
About this Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders to design solutions and support functionalities that enhance leave management, accruals, and time tracking processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of business processes and provide functional inputs to data and integration teams.

In this role, you will also be responsible for configuring Workday security roles, reporting, and dashboards, as well as conducting system testing and providing end-user training.

We encourage you to apply if you have expertise in Workday's Absence and Time Tracking module and experience in configuration, implementation, and optimization.

You should also be able to stay updated with Workday features and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Absence Management:

  • Configure leave of absence, accruals, time-off plans, eligibility rules, and absence reporting.

Time Tracking:

  • Configure work schedules, time entry, time calculations, and approvals.

Security and Reporting:

  • Configure Workday security roles, reporting, and dashboards.

Testing and Training:

  • Conduct system testing, including preparing test cases, executing tests, and resolving defects.
  • Provide end-user training and develop documentation.
