Workday Functional Consultant

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Workday Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Solutions, Career; India COE, you will be responsible for delivering complex solutions across client implementations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical and functional skills across functional areas required for developing and delivering complex solutions. Thorough knowledge of Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll configuration build is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prioritize work for self, assist lead by providing inputs on all phases of delivery lifecycle, collate and report status/impediments with greater project team.
  • Lead/Manage small implementation projects/launch implementations, manage workload for the team, assist team in all phases of delivery lifecycle, collate and report status/impediments with greater project team.
  • Develop complex configuration for clients and leads, manage data transformation and perform EIB Data loads.
  • Provide go-live assistance and ongoing support.
  • Lead and involve in data conversion activities pertaining to Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday & overall 12 years' experience is minimum.
  • B.E/B.Tech/MCA/BSc degree.
