Job Title:

Workday Specialist

Job Overview:

A seasoned Workday professional is required to spearhead implementation projects, develop complex configurations, and provide on-going support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prioritize work for self and collaborate with the team to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead and manage small implementation projects, manage workload, and assist the team in all phases of the delivery lifecycle.
  • Develop complex configurations for clients, manage data transformation, and perform EIB Data loads.
  • Provide go-live assistance and on-going support.
  • Oversee data conversion activities related to Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll.
  • Coordinate with leads, EMs, and clients for project delivery.
  • Multi-task and engage on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure end-to-end ownership of assigned projects.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide timely information to support informed decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Excellent technical and functional skills across functional areas for developing and delivering complex solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll Configuration Build.
  • Thorough understanding of Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll Migrations, Data Conversion, and Reporting Concepts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and learn new skills quickly.
  • Self-driven individual with excellent time management skills.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects and teams.
Eligibility:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday and overall 12 years' experience minimum.
