Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a point of contact for client requirements and queries.
• Understand client objectives and ensure smooth communication.
• Support the team in maintaining positive client relationships.
• Assist in drafting communication materials such as briefing notes, presentations, and one-pagers.
• Gather insights, case studies, and industry news to support client deliverables.
• Contribute to thought-leadership and reputation management initiatives under guidance.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, strategy, execution) to deliver quality outputs on time.
• Track deliverables, timelines, and ensure processes run smoothly.
• Provide operational support to the Unit Lead/Manager for client projects.
• Conduct basic research, competitor benchmarking, and trend tracking.
• Monitor industry and digital trends to identify potential communication opportunities.
• Spot small opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
Qualifications & Experience
• 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, communications, PR, or related fields.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good writing and presentation abilities.
• Awareness of digital media, influencers, and media landscapes.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
