Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues via phone, chat, and webcase.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong aptitude for customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process knowledge: Ensure detailed understanding of products and services offered.
- Application knowledge: Complete command over tools and applications used.
- Documentation skills: Proficient in using spreadsheets and document software like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Typing speed: Good typing speed of 35 WMP with 80% accuracy preferred.
- Customer Service Orientation: Strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Productivity: Meet process targets on volume of tickets to be serviced, response time, accuracy, and resolution times.
- Team player: Collaborative attitude and open to feedback.
- Shift flexibility: Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment and adapt to changes in work schedules.
- Continuous learning: Inquisitive and committed to skill upgradation.
- Computer basics: Basic understanding of operating systems, keyboard shortcuts, and common software applications.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in an international customer service environment.
- Prior work experience in a contact center or back office setting preferred.
Estimated Salary: ₹600,000 - ₹800,000 per annum
