The jobholder is responsible for supporting the Head of Business Management by extending the business management function, including developing, communicating, obtaining buy-in, tracking, and monitoring of suitable strategies and tactical initiatives. This involves analyzing the P&L drivers and identifying opportunities and mitigants required to grow the GPS business, in collaboration with the Country Head of GPS, Global Business Heads, and other Business teams within GPS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and drive INM GPS P&L growth in business management capacity through engagement with INM GPS Business Management Head, INM GPS Mancom Members, and Stakeholders (Business/Functional Teams in INM).
  • Develop suitable strategies and plan initiatives required to grow GPS INM business in engagement with INM GPS Management Committee.
  • Drive and develop GPS's understanding of how internal and external challenges will impact the demand for cash management services and GPS revenue in country.
  • Drive enablement of GPS India target operating model/initiatives in engagement with Country GPS and Business stakeholders.
  • Ensure appropriate internal controls and suitably leverage INM GPS's Business Analytics platform ('Insight') to drive enhanced business performance effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • University Graduate with 5+ years of experience, preferably in a Bank.
  • Proven background in managing system development life cycles and multi-team deliveries.
  • Strong project management skills and experience of working across geographies.
  • Understanding of transaction banking business and products.
  • Business management (P&L management) expertise.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in use of Microsoft Suite (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
