Job Title: Project System Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Project System (PS) professional to implement, configure, and support SAP PS solutions.

  • Identify and analyze business requirements for project system processes.
  • Configure SAP PS for Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Networks, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, and Settlements.
  • Integrate PS with other SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP).
  • Develop and support project reporting and dashboards.
  • Provide training and prepare functional documentation.
  • Support go-live, post-implementation stabilization, and change requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business needs for project management, planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Design and configure PS for project structures, networks, milestones, cost planning, budgeting, and settlements.
  • Ensure seamless integration of PS with other SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP).
  • Develop and maintain project reporting and analytics.
  • Conduct user training and create functional documentation.
  • Participate in implementation, stabilization, and change request activities.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP PS module configuration and integration points with FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP.
  • Hands-on experience in WBS, Networks, Costing, Resource Planning, and Project Settlements.
  • Good understanding of project costing, budgeting, and controlling in SAP.
  • Knowledge of CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet) integration with PS (preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct workshops, training sessions, and prepare functional documentation.
