Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Planning and Monitoring Professional to lead our project planning efforts. This role is responsible for developing detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones are met within the agreed timeline.

The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills and be able to work closely with stakeholders to set and monitor daily, monthly, and yearly project targets.

This position involves leading progress tracking, preparing daily progress reports (DPR), and updating ERP systems to reflect project developments.

A key aspect of this role is generating monthly reports on labor, material reconciliation, and activity-based metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Project Planning and Monitoring Skills: The ability to develop detailed project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
  • Excellent Coordination Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • ERP System Proficiency: Ability to update ERP systems to reflect project developments.
