Business Planning Analyst Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Planning professional to join our team. As a key member of the business planning team, you will play a critical role in analyzing and reporting financial and non-financial performance across different geographies and segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and submit business plans and monthly P&L forecasts to support informed decision-making by senior management.
  • Monitor key statistics through financial reports, variance analysis, and critical KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare annual operating plans based on underlying growth, market data, competition benchmarking, and discussions with the product team.
  • Identify process weaknesses, control gaps, and risks and suggest key process improvements to eliminate risks and control gaps.
  • Validate various business cases and OPEX/CAPEX approvals.
  • Drive path to profitability by reducing costs and eliminating inefficiencies.
Required Skills:
  • Understanding of major data business products and financial statements.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • High Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • High process orientation and result orientation.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with senior management.
Key Qualifications:

CA/MBA Finance qualification is preferred.
