Job Title: HRIS Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HRIS Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in system support, problem resolution, HR reporting, analysis of business & system processes, and optimization.

  • This role is responsible for the administration of Success Factors including configuration, testing, role security, and troubleshooting.
  • The successful candidate will also manage projects during system implementations and ensure tasks are completed as assigned.
  • They will document configuration processes and key decisions to support change management and communications.
  • This role requires leadership skills to lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) during implementations and escalate feedback to the implementation team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own administration of Success Factors including configuration, testing, role security, and troubleshooting.
  • Project Manage during system implementations and ensure projects and tasks are completed as assigned.
  • Document configuration process and key decisions in support of change management and communications.
  • Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) during implementations and escalate feedback to implementation team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified or relevant experience in HRIS management.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel with knowledge of v-lookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and advanced formula writing.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS structure, functions, and processes.
  • Familiarity with Success Factors modules including Employee central, Performance Management, Compensation, Learning Management, Succession, Onboarding, and Recruiting.
