Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to implement Celergo application and contribute to companywide goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the implementation ecosystem and be able to work effectively within a team to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.

About the Role

This position involves system implementation of new and existing clients, maintaining client-specific documentation, and collaborating with international team members. The successful candidate will also assist with internal projects, train on Celergo processes and protocols, and generate reports to analyze payroll data.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist with internal projects and collaborate with other departments to achieve company-wide goals
* Work closely with colleagues and BU partners to identify and develop new tools for process enhancement
* Implement Celergo application and maintain client-specific documentation
* Generate reports to analyze, audit, reconcile, and verify payroll data
* Utilize non-peak time effectively to prepare for peak period challenges including upskilling on multiple tasks performed in data conversion

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Celergo application and implementation ecosystem
  • Proficient in MS Excel and analytical/problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal/written communication and cross-cultural skills
  • Flexible, adaptable, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment to meet department and payroll deadlines
