We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Specialist IS Business Systems Analyst with a focus on R&D Precision Medicine. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional data analysis and interpretation skills, coupled with a deep intellectual curiosity and ability to quickly learn complex business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advanced Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of large datasets, identifying trends and patterns to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Product Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Agile Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, Scrum Masters, and development teams to plan and complete sprints, review feature iterations, and provide feedback.
  • Service Management: Define, monitor, and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field and extensive experience in a similar role. Additionally, they will possess hands-on skills using Power BI, including building advanced models and reports. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and product management principles is also essential.
