We are seeking a Data Engineer for our R&D Precision Medicine team in India. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing data infrastructure that supports advanced research initiatives in precision medicine.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop robust data pipelines for precision medicine research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements.
- Implement data models and data storage solutions to support R&D initiatives.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and insights to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark or Hadoop.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
