Job Description

As a key member of our R&D Precision Medicine Team, you will be responsible for performing data analysis and profiling to identify areas for unification. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct data analysis and profiling to surface range of values in various data sources
  • Create and maintain feature backlogs in Jira, documenting detailed specifications based on data analysis
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with business teams, Scrum Master, and development team to plan and complete sprints, reviewing feature iterations and providing feedback
  • Develop user guides and release notes
  • Define, monitor, and manage service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure services meet performance and availability requirements
  • Oversee resolution of service-related incidents and problems, ensuring minimal impact on business operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:

You will need excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. Experience with data analysis, Jira, and Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
