Job Title:

Director of Franchise Development

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing dealership sales and service infrastructure across the South region.
  • The successful applicant will also oversee the branding of dealer facilities to align with the company's brand philosophy and strategy.
  • This role involves developing a corporate identity/showroom identity program for the entire dealership network and ensuring its implementation.
  • In addition, the Director will lead regular reviews and updates of Dealer standards, including Corporate Identity manuals for Dealers, monitor actual retail centre situations, and conduct periodical audits as required.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance dealership sales and service performance in the South region.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all dealer facilities to reflect the company's image and values.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive corporate identity/showroom identity program for the dealership network.
  • Maintain and update Dealer standards, including Corporate Identity manuals, to ensure alignment with company policies.
  • Monitor and audit retail centres to ensure compliance with established standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth.
  • Familiarity with dealership operations and management practices.
