Technical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to spearhead our platform and infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will excel in guiding strategic growth, maturing operational practices, and driving process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee, coach, and develop a high-performing team of network and cloud administrators, fostering technical growth and career development.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across engineering and operations.
  • Define and communicate clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive operational efficiency by implementing scalable processes for reliability and consistency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across the client portfolio. This includes driving process improvements, maintaining strong customer relationships through a consultative approach, and ensuring that all engagements are executed with professionalism.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in network and cloud infrastructure support, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Knowledge of managing patching of infrastructure (network and servers).
  • Knowledge of business and technology processes.
Qualifications:
  • University degree or College diploma program in Computer Science, Business and Technology, Information Systems or related areas.
  • General Experience of Cloud technologies (eg Azure, VMWare, AWS, Windows, Linux) and Network Technology (eg Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Aruba ClearPass) is an asset
